Grind Athletics is a portable skill development training franchise that allows athletes massive reps in a short period of time. By implementing our patented technology and outsourcing existing technology, our undertaking of repetition training is fulfilled.
The legendary coach, John Wooden, said, “Repetition is the key to learning.” We have taken this literally and have designed a training facility that allows an individual athlete to get massive reps at game speed in a short period of time. Players are able to do more in less time and build the muscle memory necessary for these skills to become second nature. In our skill development training, each session is comprised of mastering skills to achieve results. These skills prepares each player for game situations. Repeating this circuit multiple times a month gets players where they need to be in order to perform at a high level. Most of us are not performing at the level of our POTENTIAL, we’re performing at the level of our PREPARATION.
