SHOOTING REPETITION

More game speed reps to enhance skills, accuracy and confidence. Players can choose up to 19 spots around the perimeter, customize their time between passes, and specify the number of balls thrown per location. The shots made counter displays a scoreboard with real-time analytics allows the ability to track stats which measures progress.

BALL HANDLING

If you can’t dribble, you can’t create space. If you can’t create space, it will be harder to score. Our patented ball handling and passing stations allow players to access personal workout programs challenging them at the highest levels while providing motivation for them to progress forward. A virtual trainer provides 15 minutes of ball handling and passing drills ranging from beginner to professional levels.

LIVE TRAINING

Practicing game situations matter! We break it down into bite size steps then combine those specific skills into one fluid motion with live training. In these sessions, our athletes not only work on the 10% physical aspect of their game, but more importantly, we are teaching the 90% mental side as well. The IQ for the game is realized which in turn earns the coach’s trust.

Excellence is not earned in an instant. It takes time, repetition, and training. At Grind Athletics we use technology in order to enhance the essential skills of shooting, ball handling, and live training. Players are able to do more in less time and build the muscle memory necessary for these skills to become second nature. No matter what the age or skill level each individual player works on what they need to perfect.

Our virtual training visually demonstrate key footwork, form, and execution while our coaches instruct on habits and game situations. Players bring a positive attitude and lots of effort and we can teach the rest.
